About Minster Legal Services
- Who will draft my WILL?
-
Our legal representative will consult with you regarding your requirements. They will then pass these details to our in-house legal team to draft your WILL.
An experienced member of our in-house legal team will draft and complete your WILL, ensuring all your wishes are met.
- How long have you be writing WILLS?
-
We have a combined experience of over 30 years and throughout this period we have successfully written hundreds of Wills.
- Are you good value for money?
-
Yes we are!
Whilst you can acquire a WILL for as little as £90, there is every possibility that it will not fully protect your wishes and your property.
We write our WILLS to the very highest legal standards and therefore our service is extremely good value for money.
Making Your Will
- What will you need from me?
-
You should take the time to write down your wishes.
We will also need your birth & marriage certificates, along with any documents detailing a change of name.
You should also have your property deeds and details of all of your financial interests at hand.
- What if I already have Will?
-
Please bring it with you.
Your old WILL is still valid until a new one has been drafted. It is important that we see the wording used in your current WILL to check if your wishes could have been executed.
