Unmarried Couples Should Make A WILL

1 in 6 couples living together are unmarried. Your partner could be at risk.

In law your partner will not receive your estate, regardless of how long you have been co-habiting. The estate will automatically pass to your spouse, or worse still, the state!

If you run a business then this is even more of a concern. Unmarried couples are often more complacent about this subject due to the non-committal nature of their relationship.

Making a WILL is something anyone should do in order to make their wishes known however, unmarried couples are most at risk, especially if a they were previously married to someone else.
